“ Have been searching for good, authentic Jamaican cuisine, since relocating from South Florida, last year. My family and I visited this place on recommendation from the medical assistant at my mother's doctor's office. Although I would have preferred salad, to steam vegetables they did not disappoint! We ordered the curry goat, jerk chicken, beef patty, curry chicken patty, and jerk chicken patty, as well as a couple of prepackaged comforts of home. Two of us could not wait to try the beef and curry chicken patties and ate them on out way home. We kept saying they reminded us of Charley's Patties, in Lauderhill, Florida. Which is a GREAT compliment. The entrees were well seasoned and throughly enjoyed by my family. We are more than happy to make the drive for comforts of what we miss. What was even better than what we have experienced anywhere else...they are positive and friendly. They were patient and answered questions we had, to ensure we were at the correct place. 10/10 ”
“ Every time I come to blue’s for my veggie patties and coco bread I always feel at home. Great food, Good energy, and clean environment! Me and my dad tried the curry chickpeas love it!!!! P.S we are trying to get grandma out for a spades games when she comes back. ”
“ Been here multiple times. You might wait a bit for the food but it's amazing. Steamed snapper, oxtail, curry goat, and jerk chicken were all delicious. I usually get the steamed veggies but have had the plantains and rice with peas too. Everything has always been better than I could have expected. ”
“ Stopped in here for a bite and was extremely impressed with this place. They have an excellent selection of drinks and dinner options. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The food was packed with flavor and we were served quite generous helping. 10/10 ”
“ Good food and friendly service. The jerk chicken was tasty, but not the most authentic/spicy. It'd be nice if they offered a spicier version with more scotch bonnet pepper flavor. I wouldn't be inclined to dine in since the place is fairly small and plain, but dining in is very doable. ”
“ I’ve been buying a few years now. The food is good, hot and tasty. Service is always on point! They make sure I get my rice & peas with every order! Definitely recommend! ”
“ Normally when I come here, I get my beef patty and coco bread and go on my way. This time I decided to try the jerk chicken and it was soooo good! If you want the spicy jerk, then this ain't it. This jerk is more sweet and I like it. My chicken was juicy and flavorful. My plaintain were delicious. They gave me a lot of peas & rice, more than I needed. The veggies were good and I could've used more of that. I'll be back to try the other dishes. ”
“ Honestly, there are not many solid Jamaican restaurants in north GA... but this place is 10/10. It has a hole-in-the-wall feel to it, and it’s not a place you really sit down at for some “fine dining” — but this is comfort food with FLAVOR. My husband and I got the oxtail, rice and peas, and beef patties. All of it was DELICIOUS, and the portion size was beyond plenty. This will be our new Jamaican spot! ”
